All Beverly May Hair online purchases receive FREE SHIPPING. That includes domestic and international shipping, too!
How long does shipping take?
All standard orders are processed and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia. Please allow 3–7 days for processing.
Australia shipping times:
For Domestic (Australia) orders, we ship Express with Australia Post. The estimated shipping time is 1–2 business days.
International orders:
For International orders, we ship Express with DHL Express. Depending on the location, the estimated time frame worldwide is 5–15 days.
These time frames are estimates and delays can occur. Beverly May Hair cannot be responsible for delivery times and for you receiving your order by a specific date.
All Beverly May Hair online orders require a signature on delivery and have full internet tracking. You will receive tracking details via email to follow your package online.
Duties and taxes
Beverly May Hair is based in Adelaide, South Australia. You may be required to pay duties or taxes on your purchase.
Australian orders:
All prices are shown exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). This will be calculated at the checkout and must be paid by all Australian buyers only. In the case of return for refund, GST will also be refunded.
International orders:
For International shipping, you may be required to pay inbound duties or taxes before receiving your delivery. The amount depends on your local customs and is a percentage of the total amount paid for the item. Please check if you are required to pay any duties or taxes before making a purchase. These taxes are not paid to Beverly May Hair and are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.
Non-payment of these charges will result in your item being returned to Beverly May Hair. Please contact us at orders@beverlymay.com.au to organise reshipment at your own cost or to cancel the order, which will incur an A$200 restock fee.
By law, Beverly May Hair must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.
Please be aware that we do not ship to Italy or Spain due to government restrictions on human hair items.
Delivery issues:
Please ensure you put the correct address, a valid phone number and your preferred email address at checkout. You will receive your tracking information via email once your item has been shipped. Please check your tracking to ensure there are no issues or delays.
Australia Post or DHL Express might reach out to you during the shipping process.
Wrong address:
If you put the wrong address at checkout, please email orders@beverlymay.com.au as soon as possible. If your item has not yet been shipped, we can amend this for you before shipping out. Once the item has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company directly.
Failure to collect:
If you are not home when your package arrives, it will be taken to a local post office for redelivery or collection. If you do not organise redelivery or collect your parcel within the requested time frame, your package will return to the sender (Beverly May Hair). We will be able to reship the item to you at your own cost or cancel your order, which will incur a restock fee of A$250.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages during “return to sender”.
Delivered but not received:
In the unlikely case your item was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you will be required to follow up with Australia Post or DHL Express on where the item was delivered (ensure you provided the correct address) and who signed for the package.
