The best way to understand your needs is with a face-to-face chat — and that can be in our Adelaide salon or online via Zoom for our interstate and international customers. We want to see you and get to know you, so we can ensure your hair loss solution is perfect for you.

It can be a lot of information to take in, so depending on whether you’re coming into our salon or speaking with us online, we’ll break up the hair loss solution journey by appointment:

• an initial consultation (in-store and online customers)
• a fitting (in-store customers)
• a hair care demonstration (in-store customers)
  

We offer 1-hour in-person consultations or 30-minute virtual consultations to suit your needs. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss suitable hair solutions and pricing. And if you’re visiting our Adelaide salon, you can try some alternative hair on while you’re here.

Please note a $100 consultation fee applies for in-store consultations, which is fully redeemable with any Beverly May Hair solution purchased within four (4) weeks of your consultation. A $50 consultation fee applies for virtual consultations, which is fully redeemable with any Beverly May Hair solution purchased online.

Approximately one–two weeks after your initial consultation with one of our qualified helper hair stylists, we’ll organise a fitting appointment at our centrally-located Prospect salon to ensure your custom hairpiece fits perfectly and guide you with options on how best to wear it. Please note our custom-made pieces can take several months to create and ensure a correct fit to the mould taken of your head.

Your alternative hair is an investment in your confidence and happiness, so you’ll need to know how to look after it. During your wash demonstration, we’ll show you how to wash and style your hair, and discuss any questions or concerns you might be having.
