Letitia was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2014. Since then she has undergone chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone treatment. During this time she has raised more than $100,000 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation. Letitia is an ambassador for the Witchery White Shirt Campaign 2018 in which a collection of 10 white shirts are sold with 100% of funds going to the OCRF.
